Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Georgia CNA certification (or willing to obtain before start)
