Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques
- Support meal service and maintain patient nutrition needs
- Collaborate with RNs on patient care plans and updates
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Report concerns about patient status to nursing staff promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Colorado CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
