Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Support licensed nurses with medical procedures and medication administration
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments per infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique

- Reliable transportation for multi-site assignments
