Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or home health setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for shift changes.
