Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision per protocol
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Communicate patient needs and changes effectively to care team
- Support patient independence while promoting dignity
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon CNA certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience (or new graduates welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

- Reliable transportation for home visits
