Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Administer complex medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with precision
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Mentor new nursing staff through our orientation program
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years ICU experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- 1+ years ICU/ER experience in acute care setting
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
