Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using proper techniques
- Support medical staff with clinical tasks under supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document patient observations accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
