Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning using proper techniques
- Document care activities accurately in patient records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Support social activities and enhance patient quality of life
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Nebraska CNA certification or enrollment in approved training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Compassionate attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
