Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient positioning
- Sterilize and maintain dental equipment per OSHA guidelines
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proper safety protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal infection control
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – training provided
- CPR certification preferred (will provide training)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
