Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction control
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs under supervision
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments using our digital system
- Provide chairside support during examinations and treatments
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as trained
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order materials as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle delicate instruments
- Willingness to obtain dental radiology certification (provided)
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling systems
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn clinical procedures
- Reliable transportation to multiple clinic locations
