Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, including instrument handling and patient comfort
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for procedures
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Handle inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary—we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to obtain dental assisting certification
- Valid CPR certification (training provided)
