Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals (blood pressure, temperature, weight) and medical history taking.
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for provider visits.
- Assist physicians and nurses with minor clinical procedures.
- Maintain and sterilize medical instruments and supplies.
- Manage patient records, including filing and electronic health record (EHR) updates.
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with basic laboratory testing and specimen collection.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Valid California Driver’s License is preferred.
