Responsibilities
- Del compassionate direct patient care in medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Complete clinical rotations across specialty areas
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active Texas RN license (or eligible)
- NCLEX-RN exam passed or scheduled
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
