Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Implement physician orders and nursing protocols accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Assist in emergency situations following ACLS protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
- Participate in residency training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Valid Texas RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
