Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse units including Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency
- Accurately document patient assessments and treatment plans in EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact license)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX exam (or scheduled to take within 3 months)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
- EHR experience (Epic a plus)
