Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under direct supervision of experienced RNs
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical supervisors
- Participate in shift handovers and patient education initiatives
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
