Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across departments
- Complete residency milestones and competency evaluations
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- BLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Completion of clinical rotations
