Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or new career switcher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
