Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication channels
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Completion of clinical rotations with positive evaluations
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
