Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using advanced electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare specialists to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance programs
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred)
