Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and report patient changes promptly
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Current Ohio RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
