Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical unit with RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Colorado RN license (or eligible upon hire)
- ACLS/BLS certification required (will provide training if needed)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible schedules
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
