Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, wound treatment, and vital sign monitoring
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care strategies
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination with precision

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) required
- Active Michigan RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings preferred
