Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with clinical excellence and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans using Epic EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Missouri RN license (or eligible)
- NCLEX-RN pass required within 3 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
