Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation within the last 12 months or new graduate
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
