Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care following evidence-based practices and clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medication reactions with precision

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from an accredited program
- Active RN license in the District of Columbia or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
