Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Accurately document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical rotations across multiple specialties
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Complete required training modules and competency assessments
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 60 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (within last 2 years)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
