Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient records using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Educate patients on health maintenance
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active Minnesota RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
