Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety drills
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Massachusetts RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam results
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
