Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
