Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with compassion and precision in assigned units
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Kentucky RN license or eligibility
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (for new graduates)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
