Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under RN supervision
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and medication management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain infection control standards and sterile techniques
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Minnesota RN license or eligibility for endorsement
- Recent graduates (within 12 months) or new nurses welcome to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
