Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across specialty units
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Complete residency program requirements and competency evaluations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligibility)
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
