Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced RNs
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across diverse units
- Complete residency curriculum and competency evaluations
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate (ASN or BSN) with valid CA RN license
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
