Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Document patient assessments and care in EHR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible)
