Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under clinical supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient education on health conditions
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required
- Active Texas RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- BSN preferred for new graduates
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
