Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations with precision and safety
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Texas RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in medical-surgical or acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
