Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assessment, planning, and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and timely

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Active Texas RN license (or eligible)
- BLS/CPR certification required
