Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and report critical patient changes
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license (or compact license with ability to obtain OK license)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within the last 12 months
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
