Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical units under RN supervision
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active DC RN license (or eligible for endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Recent nursing graduates (within 12 months) or 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
