Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift reports and handovers to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
