Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education plans for discharge readiness
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact eligibility)
- Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Passing NCLEX exam results (or scheduled)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)
- EHR experience preferred (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
