Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under clinical supervision
- Assess patient health conditions and document observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in new graduate orientation and skills training
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results or scheduled test date
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
