Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately under supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient plans
- Participate in clinical rotations across specialized units
- Complete competency training and residency program requirements
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license or eligible for immediate issuance
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam or scheduled within 90 days
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Graduated within last 12 months or upcoming graduate
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
