Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units while adhering to clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately under physician supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and discharge procedures
- Participate in 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
- Complete all required training modules and competency evaluations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
- Active Wisconsin RN license or eligibility
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam score
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with physical stamina
