Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse units (Med/Surg, ER, Telemetry)
- Accurately document patient assessments and treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active RN license in Arizona or eligibility
- Passing NCLEX exam (if recently graduated)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Basic ECG monitoring knowledge
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
