Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Recent clinical experience or nursing program completion
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
