Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient observations and care progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication with care teams
- Assist in emergency response situations and critical care interventions
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Completion of clinical rotations or nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
