Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse units including ER, Med-Surg, and ICU rotations
- Accurately document patient assessments and treatment plans using Epic EHR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Participate in rapid response team activations during emergencies
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient/family education on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active RN license or eligibility for DC license (NCLEX results pending)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Clinical rotation experience during nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
