Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care instructions
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication channels
- Assist in emergency response situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Recent nursing graduate or less than 1 year of clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records
